What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at South Hills Golf & Country Club?
We are looking for highly motivated, reliable individuals who excel in a fast-paced work environment to work as bussers for regular dining, large banquets, and pool side.
Hiring age of 15 years and up with a flexible schedule anywhere from 15-40 hours available during the summer! Will work around other jobs and extracurricular activities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly base rate plus tips (averaging $11-$14 per hour)
- 1/2 off meals

Busser Responsibilities
- Work regular dining and large banquet service
- Set up and reset from large banquets
- Prepare the room for dining by setting tables, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, utensils, etc.
- Remove dirty plates and utensils and replenish as needed
- Clean and reset tables after members and guests leave
- Assist in prepping for the next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
- Strictly adhere to food, sanitary, and safety standards.
Poolside Additional Responsibilities
- Keep pool deck clean from debris
- Wipe down tables and chairs
- Pool host by checking members and guests in and out
