South Hills Auto Group is looking to add another experienced leader to our sales staff. We are looking for someone who can help drive forward a positive and welcoming environment while also helping grow our profits. Individuals should possess the following qualifications to apply:
- Automotive Sales Experience (Required)
- Automotive Finance Experience ( 3 years Required)
- Automotive Finance experience is REQUIRED (At Least 2 Years), but general finance experience is also highly recommended.
- Past experience with titles and registration process.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills as well as sales skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment as well as multi-task on a daily basis.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background/drug check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions.
- Present and explain finance and insurance products (extended service contracts, warranties, GAP insurance, etc.) in a transparent and professional manner.
- Structure deals to maximize both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including disclosure requirements and dealership policies.
- Review and verify financial documents, contracts, and credit applications for accuracy.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, finance companies, and banks.
- Train and support sales team members on proper F&I product presentation techniques.
- Monitor and achieve sales and finance department objectives (penetration rates, product sales, gross profit, CSI scores).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, finance products, and regulatory changes.
