Highlights of the Dining Services Director Position:
- The Dining Services Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Dining Services Department
- Prepares food items ad serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame
- Follows menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions
- May be required to act as lead Chef up to 3 days per week

The salary range for this position is $80,168.40 to $85,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
