South Heights Borough is accepting applications for the position of Crossing Guard for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is essential in ensuring the safety of children and pedestrians during morning and afternoon school travel periods.
Position Term
· Start Date: August 24, 2026
· End Date: June 3, 2027
Work Schedule
· Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
· Afternoon Shift: 2:45 PM – 4:00 PM
· Monday through Friday, school days only
Reporting & Compensation
· This position reports directly to the Police Chief
· Compensation is provided at a bi‑weekly flat rate
