JOB LOCATION : Main Campus
DEPARTMENT: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
SCHEDULE: Full Time, , 8A-5P
POSITION SUMMARY ⢠Performs and provides assistance for the VPs. Activities include serve as office coordinator for the Administration Suite; maintaining work calendar for VPs; scheduling of meetings and appointments; preparation of check requests; maintain and update the Organizational Plans Manual annually (master manual and on the SGMC intranet); responsible for update of the Administration Department Emergency Preparedness plan, MSDS Department Listing, and quarterly environment of care department surveys; preparation of contracts, reports, and other correspondence; recording and preparation of agendas and minutes for MOC, update of the MOC listing, scheduling and minutes of the Operations Team, and other meetings as needed. Interfaces with physicians, administrative staff and visitors. Assists in assembling information for DNV/state surveys. Coordinates meetings on-site and off-site. Coordinates travel arrangements for VPs. Works on special projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ⢠High school diploma with college or vocational courses preferred. Prefer three to five years of previous experience as an administrative assistant. Must have good computer skills. Must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills. This represents the minimal level of knowledge which is necessary to assume full responsibility and perform the work effectively.
WORKING CONDITIONS - ADA INFORMATION ⢠Office setting. Safe working environment. Possibility of irregular work hours upon request. A moderate amount of stress at times. Involves sitting, standing, and bending.
