Job Title: Branch Manager/Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and self driven Branch Manager/Business Development Officer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Branch staff management - manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities, recruit and interview new employees, mentor, train, lead branch staff
Business Development - participate in community events, clubs, boards, etc. Actively call on clients with the purpose of growing relationships for the bank
Provide excellent customer service, assess customer needs, assist staff in resolving complaints, and introduce new products and services to customers
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies, and be vigilant to manage risk with every customer interaction and the detection of any potential fraud to prevent loss
Generate new business for the bank in loans, deposits, and related products
Requirements:
-Education/Experience - Two years previous experience in a bank or financial institution preferred, Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
-Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to work with various types of clients
-Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to analyze problems and create solutions, numerically savvy in mathematics and attentive to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer knowledge with a familiarity of 10-key typing
-Team player with interpersonal skills
