NOW HIRING: Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (English/Spanish Required)

Southgate Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our growing independent pharmacy team. We are building a pharmacist-empowered, tech-forward pharmacy model focused on patient care, medication therapy management (MTM), and preventative health.

POSITION DETAILS

• Title: Pharmacy Technician
• Location: South Gate, CA
• Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Schedule: Flexible; may include weekends

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Active California Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with insurance processing (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications
• Process insurance claims and resolve rejections
• Provide excellent bilingual customer service
• Manage inventory and medication organization
• Support MTM documentation and patient outreach
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and pharmacy regulations
