Assistant Track & Field Coach (Throws or Sprints)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Track & Field Coach for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching throwing events (shot put, discus, javelin) or sprinting events.

Responsibilities include:

• Coaching and developing student-athletes

• Assisting with practice planning and meet preparation

• Promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and safety

• Supporting the head coach and overall program

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of throwing events or sprint training

• Ability to work positively with student-athletes

• Coaching experience preferred (but not required)
