What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at South Fork Lodge?
We are looking to hire multiple servers at South Fork Lodge in Swan Valley, ID for the remainder of the season, ending late October. Breakfast (6:30 AM to 10:30 AM approx.), and dinner shifts (4 or 5 PM to 10 PM approx.) available. We are open and busy 7 days a week. Weekend shifts required. We are looking for full time and part time. Previous serving experience preferred, bonus if you have bartending/barbacking experience! Breakfast is a made-to-order service served 7-9 AM, in house guests only. We serve a fine-dining, family style, 3 course dinner each night at 7 PM for roughly 35 to 80 people. Fully stocked, well-loved bar on site, serving wine, beer and specialty cocktails.
