Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Pompano/Deerfield, for a Bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating financial statements, processing journal entries, timesheets and managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. This includes working with accounting software, tracking expenses, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while supporting the overall operations of the business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Experience with Financial Statements and knowledge of Finance principles
- Competence using Accounting Software to streamline financial processes
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team
- Familiarity with yacht industry financial operations (preferred but not required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
