We are hiring an experienced Field Regional Canvassing Director to lead and grow a large door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides.
Compensation:
▪ $125,000–$250,000 annual earning potential
Responsibilities:
▪ Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers
▪ Lead team meetings and field coaching
▪ Plan neighborhoods, routes, and daily activity
▪ Track production and help the team improve results
Requirements:
▪ Proven canvassing management experience required
▪ Experience leading door-to-door teams
▪ Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills
▪ Home improvement or related industry experience
