We are seeking a detail-oriented Art Director, Photo & Video Production who will lead the execution of all visual content creation for the brand’s digital and ecommerce channels. This role manages an in-house creative production team including a photographer, videographer, rendering artist, and logistics coordinator to deliver consistent, high-quality assets aligned with an established brand identity.
While brand direction and identity are defined, this position plays a key part in bringing that vision to life across ecommerce, paid, and social platforms. This is a fast-paced, executional leadership role requiring strong creative judgment, production management skills, and hands-on direction across photo, video, and CGI workflows. The Art Director collaborates closely with the Digital Marketing and Brand teams, acting as an in-house production hub that supports ongoing content needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute the established brand visuals across all content platforms.
- Manage the creative production team’s daily workflows and deliverables.
- Deliver photo, video, and render assets for ecommerce, social, and digital campaigns.
- Uphold luxury brand standards and maintain visual consistency.
- Ensure operational efficiency in production, scheduling, and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and brand teams on executional strategy.
- Lead and oversee all photo, video, and render production workflows.
- Manage internal creative staff and day-to-day production priorities.
- Plan and direct on-set art direction for product and lifestyle shoots.
- Develop creative briefs, shot lists, and post-production notes.
- Review and approve deliverables across retouching, editing, and rendering.
- Coordinate asset delivery to the digital and brand teams.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control for assets.
- Ensure visuals support ecommerce conversion and social engagement goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in art direction, creative production, or visual leadership roles.
- Proven background producing luxury product visuals (boats, aviation, automotive, or high-end consumer goods).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video creative execution finished for ecommerce and social media.
- Hands-on experience with lighting, composition, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects).
- Ability to manage small creative teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative communicator with both creative and executive teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience collaborating with 3D rendering or CGI workflows.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems or project tracking tools.
- Understanding of DTC content strategy and conversion-driven creative.
- Experience in luxury or aspirational lifestyle industries (yachting, automotive, aviation).
- UX/UI/Graphic design skills a plus.
