We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Margate, FL location. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also oversee compliance with organizational policies and employment laws while implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
