Job Summary
South Florida Better Behavior Future Inc. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
The BCaBA will assist in conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support client progress. Services may be provided in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Responsibilities
- Assist the BCBA in conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress and ensure accurate data collection and documentation
- Provide parent and caregiver training when appropriate
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals involved in the client's care
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and insurance requirements
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
Pay: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour
