Qualifications:
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC systems installation and start-up procedures.
- Service technician experience in mechanical systems repair, appliance repair, or property maintenance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and building automation system layouts.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and specialized testing equipment confidently.
- Valid EPA certification.
- Strong field service background with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
