Job Responsibilites:
- Provide instructional support to students individually and in small groups under the direction of the classroom teacher.
- Assist with the implementation of academic interventions in reading and/or mathematics.
- Support teachers by preparing instructional materials and maintaining an organized learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and assist with documenting intervention data.
- Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive student behavior.
- Supervise students during instructional activities and other assigned duties.
- Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and administrators to support student achievement.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
