Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to promote motorcycle sales and dealership services
- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of motorcycles, accessories, and related equipment to inform and excite potential buyers
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software
- Negotiate terms with customers to secure high-end sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and maintenance packages to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue
- Support inventory management by organizing motorcycle displays, conducting inventory control checks, and assisting with stock replenishment

Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail motorcycle sales with a focus on high-end products
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively and prioritize customer interactions
