South Dakota State University (SDSU) is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide key administrative assistance within the University Student Union.

Job Responsibilities:
Thie position provides comprehensive administrative support for the University Student Union and its functional areas, including Event Services, Operations, Student Activities & Orientation, and Student Union administration. This role serves as a primary customer service contact for students, employees, campus visitors, vendors, and external guests. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating office operations, maintaining accurate records and financial documentation, supporting departmental programs and events, and ensuring efficient administrative services throughout the department.

Required License: Valid driver’s license is required.
