Description :
Primary responsibilities include being the working supervisor of campground attendant workers in the park manager's absence. This role involved frequent public interaction, requiring a professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct. Other duties include supervising and training campground attendants, providing support and guidance to staff, and performing other duties as assigned.
General Requirements :
Money handling experience is helpful. Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions out of doors. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid drivers license required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Providing excellent customer service
- Performing janitorial and facility upkeep tasks
- Using online point-of-sale systems
- Handling money and processing transactions
- Operating golf carts and UTVs
