The duties of this position include:
- Directs delivery of therapeutic care to ensure each patient receives individualized, quality care in the least restrictive environment and in compliance with all required regulations and standards.
- Directs and assists staff in defining the objectives for individualized treatment plans to ensure that patients receive relevant and therapeutic treatment and quality care in an environment that enables them to achieve at their highest level.
- Multidisciplinary treatment team consultation.
- Ensure fidelity of evidenced based programming.
- Supervision of master’s level clinicians.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy.
This position works primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 a . m . - 4:30 p . m.
Licenses and Certifications:
Master’s degree or doctorate in social work, counseling, psychology or related behavioral health field. Candidate must be licensed as an MSW, LPC, or LPC-MH. Must have 5 or more years of clinical experience. Preferred candidate will have experience in clinical supervision.

This position is exempt from the Civil Service Act.
