The Department of Biology at the University of South Dakota is recruiting an Instructor/Lecturer to begin August 2026. This is a non-tenure-track, full-time, benefits-eligible, 9-month position.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching a variety of undergraduate coursework including Genetics, Cell Biology, Introductory Biology, and Histology.
- Candidates hired at the Lecturer rank may involve teaching at the dual-listed 400/500 undergraduate/graduate level
- Advising Biology Majors
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Biology or a closely-related field is required for the Instructor Rank. A Ph.D. in Biology or a closely related field is required for Lecturer rank.
