South Creek Post Acute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for Evening and NOC shifts!

Pay range: $28–$43 per hour based on experience
Evening shift differential: $2 per hour
NOC shift differential: $3 per hour

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document care thoroughly and in compliance with regulations
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff as needed
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Active LVN or RN license in the state of Washington
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
