We now offer many services including medical, dental, optometry, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, imaging, and many other services.
Location: Boston and Quincy

Essential Functions and Job Duties:
· Provide bilingual and bicultural outreach, case management and recreation services for non-English speaking Chinese clients and SCCHC service providers.· Provide Chinese language/English interpretation for clients and service providers.
· Aid individual and families requiring assistance of social service agencies.
· Interview clients with concerns on personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, clothing, housing, physical and mental health impairments.
· Secure information on medical, psychological and social factors contributing to the client’s situation and evaluate the client’s capabilities against these concerns.
· Participate in individual, group and family counseling sessions with mental health providers.
· Provide necessary information, referrals, advocacy, and community services to clients.
· Provide follow-up and evaluation on referrals and clients.
· Undertake outreach to potential clients in school, agency and neighborhood settings.
· Assist providers regarding cultural aspects of serving clients
· Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
· Bilingual in Asian Languages strongly preferred (Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or Vietnamese)
