PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and support financial strategy. This role partners closely with the CFO and plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time M-F position in Delray Beach Florida paying salary exempt, with eligibility for the full benefits package.

PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and support financial strategy. This role partners closely with the CFO and plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and provide some payroll support
- Oversee monthly close process (within 10 days)
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Conduct budget-to-actual analysis and provide recommendations
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance
- Coordinate annual audit and work with external auditors
- Manage cash flow and financial reporting
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Partner with CFO on board reporting and financial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5 years of accounting/finance experience with an annual budget in access of $14mil
- Experience managing an accounting team and monthly close
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with robust accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred)
- Experience with multiple cost center
- Experience with audits and budgeting
- Mental Health experience preferred
