South College is seeking an IDT Project Manager to lead and support the planning, coordination, and delivery of online course development projects. This remote role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and communication across teams to ensure that course development initiatives are successfully completed in alignment with quality standards and institutional goals. The IDT Project Manager will also assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Executive Director of Instructional Design and Technology. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables for online course development from initiation through execution
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between academic and support departments to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives
- Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders as directed by the Executive Director
- Support or lead additional projects and departmental priorities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Instructional Design & Technology, Information Technology, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- PMP Certification
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in higher education, corporate training or a related professional environment
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Proven ability to maintain attention to detail while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
