Role Description
This is a part-time (with possibility of becoming full-time), remote opportunity for an Adjunct Professor for an online Compentency Based Education program in Ministry and Theology. The Adjunct Professor will be responsible for developing course materials, assessing student progress, and providing mentorship to support student academic success. Key responsibilities include grading assignments and maintaining effective communication with students and colleagues. Collaboration with departmental staff and adherence to the institution's academic policies and standards are also essential.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching, public speaking, and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; a terminal degree is preferred
- Previous teaching experience at the master's level in an accredited institution
- Familiarity with learning management systems and instructional technology is a plus
