You'll enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM -no weekends required!

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Your day will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out

• Scheduling appointments and managing referrals

• Handling insurance verification and processing

• Collecting and balancing payments at the end of each day

• Supporting the team with additional front desk and administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

• Experience in customer service or a related field

• Familiarity with healthcare processes and systems

• Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Reliable commute to East Weymouth, MA 02189

• A team player who can also work independently

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
