What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply and Data Automation position at South Coast Copy Systems?
This is a full-time, long-term position in which the ideal candidate will realize increased opportunity and added responsibility as experience is gained.Candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to think independently and recommend solutions as needed. We require a high degree of professionalism and customer service with excellent communication skills. As well, candidates must be able to maintain a high level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Order ProcessingCommunicating with customers the status of their supply shipment.Maintain and troubleshoot software integrationAssist with data collection with customers and partner dealershipsWork with vendors to process purchase orders and troubleshoot any order issuesMaintain relationships with partner dealers to streamline billing for customers Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other computer applicationsAbility to work independently and to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentAbility to make decisions, exercise judgment and interface effectively with all levels of staff.Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems in a diplomatic manner.Upbeat and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsCapable of completing job duties with little to no directionGood team player who is adaptable and reliableStrong willingness to learn; proactive approachImpeccable attention to detail and ownership of all tasks Once offer is extended, candidate must pass pre-employment drug test and background check prior to start date.
