We are hiring an Automotive Service BDC Coordinator
If you are customer service savvy, have good phone skills and a working knowledge of computers, we will train you to be successful. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a candidate who can speak Spanish fluently to join our team.
Qualifications:
Previous Call center, BDC or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable working with phones and computers
Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
Good interpersonal communication skills
Drivers license & good driving record required
Must be able to work full time including some Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, texts and emails related to service appointments
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
Follow-up with customers regarding declined services, reminders, or missed appointments
High level of customer care and professionalism
