Task: Develop a written plan (including timelines, responsibilities, and resources) for multi-tiered system of support in the identified area. Time: Meet as a team for at least 3.5hours during the summer, 2025. Compensation: $30 per hour for 3.5 hours of summer work, paid for by the building's TLC allocation Membership: 4 teachers per team as determined by the TLC hiring process, Instructional Coach, Principal, HAEA as needed |

Elementary Leadership Teams |

Task: Oversee ongoing implementation of MTSS and other related initiatives toward building and district goals. Time: Meet as a team for 1 hour each PD day. Compensation: Regular contract time Membership: The Design Team members will continue to work in the same content area. All other full-time elementary teachers will sign up for a team, with attention given to balanced representation. The Instructional Coach and principal will participate on all teams. |
