Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as landscaping, court grooming, plumbing, painting and general upkeep. Boat experience would be a plus.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all maintenance activities.
• Support manufacturing operations by maintaining machinery uptime and minimizing downtime through prompt repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing property needs promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Experience with facilities maintenance tasks including irrigation, landscaping, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
