Responsibilities
- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining presentation standards and temperature.
- Handle food handling duties with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing dishes or organizing supplies.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including clearing plates, cleaning tables, and resetting for new guests.
- Assist with banquet or special event setups by delivering food and supplies efficiently.
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with serving, bussing, or food handling roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, or culinary experience is beneficial.
- Must be able to identify menu items and organize accordingly..
- Prior Club, banquet or hotel service experience can provide a strong foundation for success in this role.
