7 PM - 7 AM, 7 days on / 7 days off (1.0 FTE)
About the Role:
Novant Health Coastal Carolina Hospital and Hilton Head Hospital are seeking an experienced Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality inpatient care. This role follows a 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule, ensuring continuous, team-based hospitalist coverage.

Responsibilities:
Manage the inpatient care of hospitalized patients during nocturnist shifts.
Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Perform patient assessments, order/interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program.
Experience in inpatient/hospital medicine preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
