Job Summary
An experienced Secretary/Receptionist is needed for SCLS's Spartanburg office. The position works under general supervision within South Carolina Legal Services. The Secretary/Receptionist performs clerical, receptionist, and typing tasks of moderate difficulty and with diverse subject matter.

Minimum Qualifications

2 to 3 years of secretarial experience, preferably in a legal setting or closely
related field. -
Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalency and 2 years of qualifying
experience. - Satisfactory completion of post-high school coursework from an accredited program of secretarial, business, or a closely related curriculum may be substituted for the required experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Great typing and filing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
- Must have excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal skills.)
- Must have outstanding telephone skills.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system and customer service is helpful.
- Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.
- Good driving record.
