We’re looking for a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Membership Concierge to join our team. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for our members, helping to guide patients through their care journey—from onboarding to ongoing treatment coordination
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ current experience in a medical office setting, concierge service, patient relation, or marketing role.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30 pm.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and members via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage new patient onboarding, including scheduling and required forms.
- Check patients in and out, ensuring all information is complete and accurate when needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, billing support, and membership inquiries.
- Support providers and patients with treatment plan coordination and follow-up communication.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to a welcoming, efficient, and service-oriented office environment for both patients and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a medical office, concierge service, patient relations, or marketing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software (EMR/EHR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, walk, climb stairs, and reach with hands and arms throughout the workday.
- Ability to speak clearly with patients in person and over the phone.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Ability to occasionally lift moderate weight (20–40 pounds).
- Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
