the role of Director of Clinical Services.

supporting, mentoring, and elevating clinical leaders across an entire system of care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Directors of Nursing and clinical teams across multiple communities to elevate care quality and operational consistency
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and consultation to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
- Mentor and develop new nurse leaders — helping them grow into confident, effective DONs
- Conduct clinical reviews and audits across communities, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support communities in achieving quality, compliance, and budgetary goals
- Serve as a trusted resource and thought partner to both community-level and corporate clinical leadership
- Travel to communities as needed — up to 70% of the time
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska or eligible)
- 10 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing or senior living
- 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing (assisted living knowledge a plus) — you know that role from the inside ou Deep knowledge of nursing operations and regulatory compliance (state and federal)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical teams across multiple settings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly at every level
- Comfort with significant travel — this is a road warrior role for the right person
