Pay & Perks

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary

• Quarterly bonus program

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead from the front - setting the tone, building the team, and driving results. This will look like:

• Leading your store with positive energy, accountability, and a focus on people and performance

• Hiring, training, and developing your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on every shift

• Creating schedules that supports both the business and your team’s needs

• Keeping operations running smoothly

• Building future leaders and maintaining a strong internal bench

What You Bring

• 2 years of GM experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry

• Hospitality mindset - You have a passion for people, culture, and the guest experience

• Hands-on leadership style

• Calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

• Must be 21 years old

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
