Patient Services Representative / Front Desk – Luxury Medical Spa
Our busy and growing medical spa is seeking a professional, polished Patient Services Representative to join our front desk team.
We’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Think Nordstrom, Hermès, or The Ritz-Carlton level of service — every patient interaction should reflect that same standard.
If you’re experienced in front desk operations, patient coordination, or luxury hospitality and love helping clients look and feel their best, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide five-star service in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our EMR system
- Educate patients about aesthetic treatments and skincare services
- Process payments, create invoices, and maintain accurate patient records
- Support monthly goals through service and product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain a professional and polished front desk and reception area
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or patient coordination (medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or luxury hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
- EMR or practice management software experience a plus
- Knowledge of aesthetics or skincare is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule
Full-time | Tuesday - Saturday
Work Location: In person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
