We are growing and seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based out of our Fall River, MA location. Full time, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are available if needed.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients.
- Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information.
- Collect all clinical documents pertinent to the therapy ordered.
- Work closely with referral sources to help coordinate seamless and efficient patient care.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Assist with patient inquiries, billing questions, and general office support.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office, or intake coordination (infusion or specialty clinic experience a plus).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
