Overview
We’re looking for a highly experienced barista with a minimum of 3 years in a drive-thru coffee environment to join our fast-paced team. This is not an entry-level position—we are a very busy stand and need someone who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, and takes pride in crafting quality drinks quickly and consistently.
You’ll need open availability (weekdays weekends, mornings afternoons), but your schedule will be consistent week-to-week.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with speed and consistency
- Deliver friendly, upbeat, and efficient customer service at all times
- Accurately take and fulfill orders in a fast-paced drive-thru setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of drive-thru barista experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of coffee drinks, milk steaming, and drink customization
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during high-volume rushes
- Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
