Duties
- Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools
- Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and vibrant
- Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, performing tree trimming, and caring for garden beds
- Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and other machinery safely for site preparation and hardscape installation
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and team members
- Assist with hardscape projects including patio installation, walkway construction, and retaining wall setup
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment and hand tools effectively
- Experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices
- Ability to use power tools safely and efficiently in various landscaping tasks
- Knowledge of tree care techniques such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth
- Prior experience with irrigation systems or snow plowing is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
