Ideal Candidate
- DVM/VMD from an accredited program
- Licensed (or eligible) in Texas with ability to obtain a DEA license
- Experienced veterinarians preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided

- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Passion for team development, teaching, and continuous learning
- Interest in future leadership or Medical Director growth is a plus
