About the Role
This position will support the owner in:
- Day-to-day operations of the bowling center
- Managing and leading a small team
- Building and growing bowling leagues
- Supporting and expanding our youth bowling program
- Assisting with bar operations, inventory, cooking, and food service
- Planning, leading, and executing fun events
- Helping grow and promote our nonprofit program
- Collecting sponsors and community partners
- Creating marketing materials and helping promote events and programs
You’ll be hands-on, creative, and involved in many aspects of the business — all while being paid to laugh, listen to music, enjoy great food, and connect with the families of Defiance County.

Schedule
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time
- Hours range between 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Some nights and weekends required
Compensation & Perks
- Pay range: $17–$30 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
