- 5 years of experience in a commercial real estate environment.

- demonstrated experience with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the oil and gas and real estate areas
- as well as experience preparing title objection letters, estoppel agreements,

- closing binders,
- and setting up and attending closings.
