What You’ll Do:

• Handle all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate

• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings

• Communicate regularly with clients, financial advisors, and accountants

• Draft legal correspondence, deeds, and trust funding documents

• Coordinate asset valuations and distributions

• Maintain client files, tax return documentation, and internal tracking systems

What You’ll Bring:

• 5 years of T&E paralegal experience in a law firm

• Experience with estate tax software (ONESOURCE/FastTax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently

• College degree or paralegal certificate required (JD/paralegal candidates considered)
