What You’ll Do:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury cases, from prelitigation to trial preparation.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
- Review and summarize medical records and other case-related documents.
- Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and schedule depositions or court appearances.
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for hearings or trials.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal, preferably in a high-volume practice.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal software and tools for document management and case tracking.
