Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and triaging of incoming IP files;
Auditing file histories and docketing bibliographic details and accompanying deadline information in Inprotech as well as creating profile details of each new case;
Inventory physical files and electronic data into the file transfer database, creating matter titles and bibliographic details for Elite and Legal Key; and
Prepare and file Assignments, Revocation and Power of Attorney documents and communicate with both clients and Attorneys on formality status.
