SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IP Paralegal. Our client is a large and well respected law firm and this role will be based in the New York office.
The successful candidate will have 7 years of trademark and copyright experience in a medium to large law firm; experience handling domestic and international portfolios and handling foreign and domestic prosecution, maintenance, litigation, opposition and due diligence review.
Trademark Docketing experience (CPI) is a must.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
