- providing legal support to various corporate departments,
- managing litigation,
- developing compliance policies and procedures,
- and helping manage corporate risk.
The successful candidate will have:
- strong academics and an active Bar License in Illinois (or be eligible for Limited Illinois attorney license).
- 3 years of work as in-house counsel within the life and/or disability insurance industry is required
- as well as 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney is REQUIRED.
