SourcePro Search has a great opportunity for an experienced Immigration Paralegal with our client, a top ranked global law firm. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of immigration law experience in a mid to large sized firm. This role offers a high base (OT), excellent benefits and growth potential. Hours are 9:30-5:30.

- Intake cases, troubleshoot and establish case strategy.
- Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
- Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
- Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural and case processing issues, assisting with the review of cases.
- Oversee status of cases.
- Work with local counsel and immigration providers in other countries to support clients’ global transfers.
- Research work permit and visa requirements and process in other countries, as necessary.
- Support U.S. consular practice for nonimmigrant visa applications: review DS-160s, research consulate-specific requirements, and prepare detailed instructions for visa applicants.
